    Responsibilities

    • Repair carpet manufacturing breakdown lines safely and efficiently
    • Repair equipment during maintenance shut downs
    • Assist with project installations
    • Initiative to work without supervision

    Qualifications

    • Have phone and valid driver’s license
    • Work at heights of 25 feet or greater
    • Good attendance and safety records
    • Lift 50 pounds
    • Work extended hours and overtime when needed
    • Conform to NFPA70E requirements
    • Be on call for emergency situations
    • Must have or be able to obtain hyster and other lift licenses
    • Ability to read volt meters and amp meters
    • Be able to read electrical schematics and use them for troubleshooting
    • Knowledge of AC & DC motors
    • Troubleshoot PLC & AC inverters
    • Calculate electrical load & size breakers & starters
    • Provide own tools
