    Responsibilities

    • Design and Modify HMI Screens (develop and Document Changes
    • Modify PLC Programs (develop and document changes)
    • Maintain health and reliability of manufacturing network (wiring and Ethernet switches)
    • Maintain health and reliability of Control Net Network (PLC to PLC, PLC to field I/O network, cabling)
    • Back up PLC programs on a scheduled basis (develop back up schedules, SLC500, Micrologix, PLC5, Control Logix)
    • Maintain health and reliability of InSQL Server (Maintain I/O servers and computers, add/remove tags, maintain licenses, coordinate hardware maintenance with IT department.)
    • Coordinate with IT department to maintain HMI computer health and reliability
    • Provide call support to facility on a “as needed basis”
    • Maintain plant electrical drawings and documentation.
    • Provide training for electrical Techs on a consistent basis with documentation.
    • Create procedures for all related tasks
    • Maintain DPC and ensure reliability. In use and standby PDC
    • Rotate Plant Call Out Schedule as needed
    • Perform other plant supporting functions as deemed necessary by Maintenance Manager.
    • Must be able to walk and/or stand for extended periods of time.
    • Required to work outside in any weather condition.
    • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
    • Must not be afraid of heights, working off ladders, or working from a man lift.  Must be able to climb vertical ladders to access work.
    • Must not have any limitations in regards to working in confined spaces or wearing a respirator for extended periods of time.
    • Must be able to wear hearing protection, steel toe shoes/boots, etc.

    Qualifications

    • Two year technical degree college or equivalent experience
    • Requires 3 or more years experience in plant maintenance or equivalent experience in a related field
    • Core competencies include strong communication and interpersonal skills, listening skills, data analysis and interpretation. Ability to plan, schedule, and clearly communicate thoughts and work instructions.
    • Ability to set priorities based on company goals and manage multiple ongoing tasks on a daily basis.
    • Need to have basic lubrication skills.
