12-HOUR NIGHT SHIFT

 

Responsibilities

   3rd shift

 

  • Manage and track production
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Assist in making daily job assigments
  • Maintain positive work environment for all employee
  • Coordinated safety meeting each morning and beginning of shift.
  • Ensure all Quality procedures are followed by each employee
  • Maintain strict safety procedures for self, all employees and visitors within the area
  • Assist and fill in on each job as needed
  • Analyzes and resolves work problems.
  • Assist in keeping work areas in a clean and orderly manner
  • Any other duties required by supervisor

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years coating deparment experience in various job titles
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision in a team; work well with others and must show enthusiasm, initiate and pride in work
  • Basic computer & AS400 skills
  • Demostrated ability to give clear instructions
  • Demostrated ability to complete necesary paperwork
  • Written communication, organizational skills and problem-solving capabilities, detail oriented and the ability to commuicate with others
  • Ability to follow verbal and/or written instructions and interpret departments operating standards
  • Must conform to safe work practices
