     B / D Shift - 7:00pm - 7:00am (12 hours rotating), 2nd -3rd shifts - Mon.-Fri., or Weekend Fri / Sat /Sun ***




    • Responsible for maintaining the yarn supply fed to the tufting machine.  This involves unpacking yarn, loading yarn into the creel, splicing yarn ends together, and removing empty cones.
    • Responsible for feeding correct yarns into the tufting machine.
    • Expected to maintain all housekeeping items and follow all housekeeping procedures associated with the position.
    • Responsible for lifting or moving heavy objects.
    • Responsible for adhering to all safety and attendance policies.



    • Must be able to work/stand for a 12-hour shift
    • Must be able to lift 25 pounds constantly for a 12-hour shift
    • Must be able to learn to splice with air splicer
    • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions for maintaining creel.
    • Ability to be an effective team member.
    • Good analytical and organizational skills.
