Primary Objective of this position:    Responsible for all packaging of molding, and final inspection of molding, within manufacturing department.


  • Ensures compliance with all company safety rules and procedures.


  • Place molding pieces onto conveyor at the assigned speed in an orderly fashion requiring 100% inspection for each piece for defects.
  • Rotate out of the packaging duties at set times and operate the shrink-wrap station, boxing operations, and labeling machine.
  • Replace 300 pound rolls of shrink-wrap with prescribed equipment.
  • Discharge pallets when needed with manual pallet jacks and repeat operation for the full shift.
  • Inspect and package top quality molding products on assigned lines while maintaining directed machine efficiencies.
  • Replace shrink-wrap rolls as needed with the proper equipment.
  • Visually inspect molding for quality defects before placing in package
  • Monitor and troubleshoot specific machinery operating deficiencies
  • Physically place pieces of molding onto moving conveyor in orderly fashion for packing
  • Perform all quality tests as required to correct quality defects
  • Perform duties using proper housekeeping, recycling and observes safe work practices
  • Other duties as assigned


  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 3-5 years experience working with continuous multi-functional production/processing machinery.
  • Previous experience in an automated manufacturing production environment highly preferred.


  • Good written and oral communication skills are required.
  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations, including conversion to metric system.
  • Read and comprehend technical manuals and procedures.
